WELCOME TO ANAYA’S KITCHEN CANNERY
Come inside and feel free to browse to see what we have to offer. We strive to offer our customers the freshest products and at a competitive price. We make ALL our products from scratch and are processed immediately to obtain the freshest products possible. We do not use any commercialized preservatives while making our products and are preserved using only natural ingredients. We sterilize all of our equipment and follow strict food processing guidelines to insure the safest products possible. We strive to produce the best food preserves that will keep customers coming back for more.
To insure absolute freshness, we do not keep a large stock on hand. We will make virtually every order as they come in. Products that are in stock, are few and have not be in stock for more than one month. Our canned goods unless specified, are good for at least one year from date of production and processing. During prepping and processing, our bare hands NEVER come into contact with any of our products. We never prep more of our product than is needed or that can be processed with in 2.5hrs. This insures prevention of products becoming contaminated before products are finalized and sealed.
Our food is our advertisement and speaks for itself. We may have a set way of making our recipes, however upon request we can make slight adjustments to cater our customers tastes. This would be done by contacting us and submitting your request of your desired change(s) to the recipe(s). We will strive to insure the products you receive are the freshest and tastiest products possible. Please take a look at our "Terms and Conditions" page concerning special requests. IF by chance there is a product we do not offer and you would like us too, feel free to inform us.
We are just starting out our adventure online, but we will be offering more and more products to choose from. We will be preserving cooked and uncooked vegetables, fruits, and various meats. We are working on making a wide range of choices for preserved soups as well. Our customers can also help steer us in our goals with valuable feedback and suggestions.
We have more plans for the future to expand our services. We plan to offer dehydrated products as well. We plan to offer dehydrated vegetables, fruits, and various meats to our customers. "Anaya’s Kitchen Cannery" may have just gotten here, but we intend to make it the long haul of it none the less. With each order, special handling instructions will be included on safeguards to keep food fresh and healthy.
